Problem Statement
Warehouse operations can be complex and challenging to understand, especially for enterprise clients unfamiliar with the processes and new employees onboarding in the company. There was a need for an engaging and visually intuitive solution to simplify the explanation of these operations, ensuring clarity and efficiency in communication.

To create animated videos that effectively illustrate warehouse operations, providing enterprise clients with a clear understanding of the workflow while serving as an educational tool to train new employees, enhancing their learning experience and operational knowledge.

After gathering inspiration, I created rough flows, segmenting each video into multiple quadrants, with each quadrant dedicated to a specific set of activities related to a single task. Additionally, I outlined potential transitions to be used between quadrants to ensure a seamless flow.

Scene Making
I adhered to the pre-defined character and environment style guidelines, translating the storyboards into polished digital assets.
